Does ToolVibe use artificial intelligence?#
Yes — but only as an optional, clearly labelled assistance layer on some tools. Most ToolVibe tools are deterministic utilities that produce results through fixed rules (for example, formatting JSON, counting words, or merging PDF pages). A smaller set of tools can optionally call an artificial intelligence model to generate text or suggestions.
AI-assisted tools#
AI assistance is available on selected tools, including content-focused tools such as the AI text rewriter, text summarizer, email writer, and product description generator, and as an optional helper on tools such as the meta tag generator, Open Graph generator, schema markup generator, keyword density checker, robots.txt generator, slug generator, word counter, SEO content analyzer, and a few others. On each of these tools, AI actions are clearly labelled, and every AI feature is optional — the underlying tool still works without it.
What is sent when you use an AI feature#
When you choose to use an AI feature, the text you provide is sent to our server and then to the configured AI provider solely to generate the result you requested. Only the text needed for that action is sent. Do not submit confidential, personal, or sensitive information to an AI-assisted tool.
Third-party AI provider#
AI features are powered by a third-party AI provider configured by the site operator. ToolVibe is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any AI provider, and the provider is used only to return the result of the action you request.
Availability and optional nature#
AI features are optional and may be disabled at any time. When AI is not configured or has been turned off, deterministic tools continue to work normally and the AI controls are hidden. AI features are also subject to usage limits to control cost and prevent abuse.
Accuracy and limitations#
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or out of date. It should be treated as a starting draft, not as a finished or authoritative result. AI models can also produce confident-sounding statements that are simply wrong. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI-generated content before you use or publish it.
Human review of published content#
AI may help draft or refine text, but published pages and tool documentation are reviewed by a person before they appear on the site. ToolVibe does not automatically publish AI-generated content on your behalf. Our Editorial Policy explains how that review works.
What AI is not used for#
ToolVibe does not use AI to process your uploaded files for the deterministic, server-based PDF tools, and AI is not granted access to your uploaded files. AI assistance applies to text you choose to submit through an AI-enabled tool.
Privacy#
Text sent to an AI feature is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not include personal or sensitive information in AI prompts.
